How it works
Paste your store URL and we read your catalogue, or connect Shopify with one-click OAuth. If your platform blocks automated reads, a CSV upload works anywhere. We skip the SKUs we can't identify.
Your product catalogue becomes the search input. We scan the web for merchants selling similar products at similar price points and surface them as suggestions. You pick which ones to track. Zero research on your part.
One email lists the meaningful competitor price moves - at least your threshold (10% by default) and bigger than that competitor's usual day-to-day jitter - daily on paid plans, weekly on Free. You set the threshold.

PriceSway uses the products in your store as the search input. For each product, we find merchants selling something similar in your price tier - then rank them by how often they appear across your catalogue. The most-relevant competitors surface to the top.
Discovery runs when you import your store by URL or sync Shopify, and again whenever you click Find Competitors, as long as your plan can track more competitors. Each run searches products that haven't been searched yet, then any last searched more than 90 days ago. You choose which suggestions to track.
A scheduled job runs every six hours. Product pages we can read directly are re-checked on each run; competitors found through web search, about once a day. The same on every plan. New prices feed your dashboard, your digest and, on paid plans, your pricing recommendations.
You set the change threshold for the digest (default: 10% moves).
Instead of an email per change, you get one summary at 10am UTC - daily on paid plans, Mondays on Free: the meaningful price moves (at least your threshold, and beyond day-to-day noise), biggest first, plus any competitor product that stopped updating. Scan in 30 seconds.

We don't just show you competitor prices. We use Bayesian demand modeling + your competitor context to recommend the price that maximizes YOUR revenue. Accept with one click - and with Shopify connected, you can have the new price pushed to your storefront.
Other competitor trackers stop at "here are their prices". We finish the job. Recommendations use your own sales history, which reaches us through Shopify order sync; without it, products with a tracked competitor still get competitor-anchored suggestions, marked low confidence.
Other tools hand you an empty list and ask for competitor URLs. PriceSway reads your catalogue, finds the merchants selling similar products at similar prices, and re-checks them about once a day on every plan - the free plan too, no credit card.
